I am interested in volunteering for the following duties (check all that apply):

I'm free Saturday morning, no task preference

I'm free Saturday afternoon, no task preference

Friday Afternoon (1500 - 1930)

Vendor Escort - consists of using your private vehicle to escort vendors from the Post Road gate to the Hangar for set up and back to the gate.  This is a great job for a mom with kids who like to ride in their car seats - a DVD player can make the time pass quickly for the little ones!

Vendor Set-Up - consists of assisting vendors in finding their assigned booth(s) and hooking them up with volunteers who are there to assist with unloading their goods from their vehicles and carrying them to their booth(s).

Vehicle Search (active duty only) - consists of conducting vehicle searches at the Post Road gate to help facilitate vendor check-in.

Saturday Morning (0630 - 1100)

Vendor Escort (until 0900) - consists of using your private vehicle to escort vendors from the Post Road gate to the Hangar for set up and back to the gate.  This is a great job for a mom with kids who like to ride in their car seats - a DVD player can make the time pass quickly for the little ones!

Vehicle Search (active duty only) - consists of conducting vehicle searches at the Post Road gate to help facilitate vendor check-in.

Vendor Set-Up - the bonus of working early on Saturday morning is being there for the 8:00 AM volunteer pre-shop!

Hospitality Cart - consists of visiting the vendor booths and offering the donated snacks available.

Hospitality Food Donation - any donation of food or beverage is greatly appreciated!

Specifically, I would be willing to donate the following:

Fruit (apples and bananas are best)

Sandwiches (any variety - individually wrapped and labeled, please)

Chips (individual lunch size bags)

Baked Goods (any variety - cookies, muffins, breads, brownies, etc)

Canned Soda (any variety)

Bottled Water
