The Totem Topics is our regular EOSO publication.  Our members receive a free copy each month.  If you are a member and are having problems receiving your Totem Topics, please email Renee' Erickson.

We have a lot of exciting programs planned for the 2008-2009 Board year.
Here is the tentative schedule:

SOCIAL INFORMATION AND RESERVATIONS POLICY

RESERVATIONS DEADLINE
Reservations must be made by noon, the Monday before the event. Reservations made after that will be subject to space available due to cancellations.

CANCELLATION AND "NO-SHOW" POLICY
Cancellations must be made by noon, the Monday before the event.  If made after that time, the Reservations chair will attempt to sell your reservation. If she is unable to do so, you will be charged for the event, whether your reservation was monthly or permanent.

PERMANENT RESERVATIONS
This is the most convenient way to make and pay for your reservations.  This reservation is made once and lasts until May.  A credit card number is required.  If you wish to change your menu selection in any given month, you must call by the reservation deadline.  If you are unable to attend a function, you must call and cancel before the deadline.  All no-shows must pay for that function.

MONTHLY RESERVATIONS
To make a monthly reservation, please call Lois Brabson at 622-8434 or send an email to reservations@elmendorfoso.com.  Please make any menu selections at the time of the reservation.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Your payment method (cash, check, credit) will be required at the time of your reservation.  Those paying by credit have the option of giving their card information while making their reservation, thus saving time at check-in (rather than give the information at the event, the member simply signs in.)  Those with permanent reservations have their number permanently recorded and always simply sign in.

SUSITNA CLUB MEMBERS
Please let the reservations chair know if you are a Susitna Club member (distinct from an EOSO member), as Susitna members receive a discount of $2.00 off the price of all meals.

GUESTS
Guests are welcome at all EOSO events; however no person eligible for membership in the EOSO may attend more than one program as a guest, and prizes are not to be awarded to non-members.
